Our Technology graduate roles
You’ll join a team of tech-savvy problem solvers who implement technology solutions that will transform businesses into intelligent enterprises. To prepare you for your role, you will be enrolled in our Technology Academy where you’ll build foundational skills and explore specialisations across our ecosystem partners including Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, and Amazon Web Services. You’ll then move on to projects to tackle technically complex solutions that drive successful business outcomes for our clients.

They are mainly client and project focused, and range from conducting requirement gathering workshops, formulating project deliverables and managing personal and team workloads.
At the moment, my day-to-day is fantastic. It's lots of interviews and working alongside managers to produce outputs for the client. I'm very much involved and I'm learning a lot, even getting the chance to lead interviews.
I work as a Front-End developer in a Waterfall/Agile team, working daily on integrating the Front-End Web Interface with the Back-End Salesforce Instance.

Pay is low for grads. Sort of work(Tech Consulting) is different from what they advertise in recruitment events(Actual Management Consulting work).

Due to the nature of the work sometimes you will end up on a project that doesn't really interest you.
