BE YOU

At BDO, we offer a unique and supportive culture that puts people first – whether that’s professional development, personal fulfilment or work-life balance that ensures you get access to Partners and clients as soon as you enter our doors.

We know you want to grow your career, so we offer a tailored learning and development program that enables you to thrive as an individual right from the start. Whatever you’re passionate about, we’re here to help you pursue it, and we support a broad range of social and environmental community initiatives for you to get involved in.

BE YOUR BEST

We want to get to know you beyond your qualifications and grades! What you value outside of your studies, the experiences you have had and what motivates you is just as important. At BDO you can show up every day just as you are and be appreciated and supported. What makes you, you is key to your success and in turn is key to our clients’ success.

As this is a graduate level position, we are looking for people who have finished studying Accounting/Finance within the last 12 months and have completed their CA ANZ/CPA pre-requisite papers.

We are also open to people who have started their first role after study but are looking to step up or into a new role.

BDO – BUSINESS ADVISORY

In Advisory, we work alongside businesses to help support and manage their financial affairs. We look after the basics such as tax compliance, day to day accounting requirements, payroll and preparing financial statements, right through to the more complex stuff such as growth strategies, tax planning and asset protection.

We take our time to get to know our clients really well, comparing where they are now with where they want to be, and taking a good look at how they are currently doing things so we can offer real value. One of the best bits about working for BDO is that you work with these clients from day one. This means you get to see and hear first-hand how the work we do helps our clients.

BE YOU, BE YOUR BEST, BDO. TŪ TANGATA AI KI BDO

We’d love to learn more about you, so apply now by submitting your CV and Academic Transcript. We look forward to seeing how BDO can enable you to BE YOUR BEST in 2024!
