Your role

As an Energy Analyst, you'll join the NZX Energy Operations team and assist in delivering Market Operator services, specifically within the Reconciliation Manager role. This role is responsible for reconciling all of New Zealand’s monthly electricity volume between the Grid, Retailers, and Generators, balancing consumption and generation, and maintaining the network infrastructure.

With training and development, you will become an SME in this area. You will build a sense of ownership and evolve your contribution from within. You will liaise with other electricity service providers, market participants as well as other teams within the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
