Extremely good, lots of socialising events and networking events.
Intern, Auckland - 10 Jun 2024
Plenty of social events create a work hard play hard attitude amongst the employees.

I love the culture in my office. I feel that it is an appropriate level of laid back where everyone still works hard but has fun and can speak comfortably in free time. The out of hours social events are always fun and varied. Although I'm not entirely there yet, I am starting to feel more so part of the whanau and a solid, permanent member of the team. I like that the seniors and directors sit among us and aren't separate. We all socialise and I don't often feel much pressing sense of hierarchy. I also feel comfortable calling upon a good range of people with help or cooperation, and I do feel like we are all a team.

The culture in this office is great, everyone respects one another and there is friendly 'banter' both inside and outside work hours, while also able to have serious work conversations. Within my team there is a lot of teamwork and it is easy to communicate with everyone. They are always happy to answer any questions.

Great social culture with monthly events, including things like paintball, go carting. Would be nice if the social events did not always involve drinking a lot of alcohol.

Great mix/range of people. Regular social events for internal networking outside of your immediate project team(s). My experience with my project team so far has been great - good collaboration and guidance. Project teams range from Assistant Project Managers up to Directors - resourcing does depend on project size/complexity. Working under a range of experiences levels - e.g. project managers (PM), senior PMs, and Directors allows you to learn and understand the differences between each person's management styles and help formulate your own.

It is a supportive and social culture, ensuring that hard work is to be done within office hours, but after hours, social events are extremely enjoyable and entertaining. Your colleagues make a significant effort to mingle and get to know you as a freshly new intern.

There is a visible hierarchy within the company and day-to-day work. My office being small we all work together, and this is not as noticeable
