My direct managers have been excellent, and I couldn't have asked for more. Communication is consistently effective, and feedback is two-way.

All managers I've had so far have been great. Especially the graduate team manager! Very down to earth and amazing.
As for placement managers, I prefer technical managers as they provide good guidance and can answer your technical questions on the spot. But so far both placement managers I've had have been great, they both provided me with exceptional support and allowed me to excel in my rotations.
