This role provides lots of opportunities for collaboration, growth and learning. No two days are the same. There's always something more to learn and I think that goes for people that have been doing this role for years and years.
Something that was really pleasing was how forthcoming everyone at NZX was - no one is too busy to have a conversation with you and help you learn about their role.
I personally find going out and taking short breaks every now and then good for my productivity and focus. Plus, the sun started to shine. Bonus. And I enjoy being able to alter my desk to a standing desk at points throughout the day to change things up.
