As part of a larger initiative to promote charitable work, Aderant encourages all of its more than 500 employees worldwide to dedicate a full day of service to their respective communities. Each of the eight offices around the world selects a date, a charity, and a project in which to support this effort.
With three offices in the United States, two each in Europe and Australia, plus one in New Zealand, Aderant employees enthusiastically support the initiative and donate their time and talents in a variety of disciplines including toys for kids during the holidays, helping fight hunger, supporting foster child initiatives, and improving conditions at community parks.
Over the past few years, employees in the home office in Atlanta have volunteered at the Chattahoochee Nature Center, the United Way of Greater Atlanta, the Foster Care Support Foundation, and most recently at the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
