About The ANZ Contact Centre Role:

You will be the first point of contact answering inbound enquires from our customers. Dealing with a wide range of queries, from simple to more complex and challenging situations. You will need to identify the needs of your customer whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start a banking career with the Contact Centre. We are committed to ensuring quality people grow and develop into further pathways within ANZ.

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting with their banking needs;
  • Build positive relationships with ANZ customers by ensuring their banking experience with us is easy, efficient and accurate;
  • Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.

You will be supported with an initial (fully paid) 12-week training course and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills required to be successful.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following:

  • The ability to identify the needs of your customer and exceed their expectations;
  • Resilient and empathetic nature, capable of connecting with a diverse range of people;
  • Effective questioning and strong listening skills to find appropriate solutions and make accurate decisions; and
  • A clear, well-spoken phone manner and a desire for continuous learning in an evolving and fast pace environment.
