1. Candidate applies directly online for their preferred role
2. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a short phone screen to better assess suitability, talk through their skills and confirm key aspects of the role & its requirements
3. From here, a face-to-face interview will be held directly with the Manager and one other (this depends on the role).

Following successful interviews, candidates will go through various vetting requirements including reference checks, pre-employment medical & drug test.
For some roles, such as Truck Drivers and Machine Operators, the candidate will undergo a practical assessment on-site.

 

The remuneration varies depending on the role, however we pay competitively and offer employer paid Kiwisaver on top of the base remuneration,

With in-house Driver Trainers, there are opportunities to gain further licence and endorsements .
