Recruitment Process

Your application should include a CV and cover letter addressed to the Practice Manager.

You will receive a phone call from our Practice Manager to arrange an interview. This will take up to 10 minutes.

We will send you two online tests to complete including - an aptitude test (12 minutes) and a cognitive test (approximately 30 minutes).

A successful test result will result in your first interview which will be at one of our three premises depending on your location and where you would prefer to work. If you are out of town, we will interview you via video-conference (e.g. Skype, Zoom, etc). This interview can take up to 60 minutes and is usually with the Practice Manager and Staff Principal.

A successful first interview will then result in a second interview (usually with the Practice Manager and the Principal for whom you would largely work with). This interview is generally up to 45 minutes and may include a tour of the premises if possible. The second interview can be in-person or via video-conference.

Successful applicants will have energy, a good academic record, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
