Vista Group is committed to supporting our parents through every stage of their journey.

In 2024 Vista Group launched an improved parental leave policy. We recognised that our old policy was not competitive with the market and there were areas where we could better support our new parents.

Our new policy provides a top-up for primary carers so that they receive their full salary for 20 weeks while on parental leave. It also ensures that their annual leave is paid out at their normal daily rate upon their return. For secondary carers, Vista Group provides 3 weeks leave at full pay to ensure plenty of bonding time.

We also offer flexible working arrangements for returning parents, so they can ease back into work. Vista Group operates in a hybrid working environment, meaning parents can schedule their day around family responsibilities, and work from home when they need to.

Our Auckland office also has a dedicated wellness room where new mums can have privacy to pump, with special fridges to store their milk in.
